Modernly furnished and equipped with the latest technology and entertainment, this villa can accommodate a total of 8 adults.

The spacious entrance directly leads you into the approx. 125 m² large living / kitchen area. The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern electrical appliances and has enough space for all kitchen utensils that desire the hearts of passionate cooks.

 

A comfortable couch landscape in front of the entertainment center tinvites you to  linger in the large living area. The 65 "LED TV" has Netflix, Amazon Prime and offers the Sonos system, which guarantees optimal cinema feeling. In case winter mood  comes up, you can switch on the electric fireplace and enjoy a wassail in front of the ambience chimney fire. 

The dining area offers space for 8 people and can be increased  to 10 people, if necessary.

The living / kitchen area separates the two sleeping areas, which each have 2 bedrooms of 20-25 m² in size coming with king size beds.

The two bedrooms in the right wing each have their own bathrooms with shower / toilet and a large closet. One of the bedrooms offers direct access to the lanai and the pool area.

The two bedrooms in the left wing each have their own small bathroom with washing facilities / toilet and a walk-in closet. Through the small hallway both bedrooms are connected to the 18m² master bathroom. There you can use a bathtub in addition to the very spacious shower with XXL LED rain shower. The bedroom at the back is directly connected with the lanai and the pool area.

All bedrooms are equipped with a 42 "LED TV".Both bedroom wings are connected to devided air conditioners, which can be controlled separately. In case some guests prefer sleeping at higher temperatures than the others, this can be organized easily. 

​

The lanai with a total size of over 50m² offers another dining area for up to 10 people, a club lounge with 55 "outdoor TV and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a fridge.

​

The pool area is right in front of the lanai. Hereby, we have made sure that you can not only splash but also swim a few laps with a total length of 10 meters. The saltwater filter system ensures crystal clear water in an environmentally friendly and harmless to health way. The pool is equipped with a multi-color lighting, which can be controlled with a remote as well as the connectable heating system. 

​

Special highlight of the pool: If you put the bar stools, which were made specifically for the pool, into the water, you can watch the next Superbowl enjoying a cold bottle of beer directly from the pool.

For the safety of our younger guests you can separate the pool area from the lanai with a security fence.

 

The separate whirlpool invites you to relax with a yummy glass of champagne while enjoying the beautiful view on the lake.

In the outdoor area, there is an additional pool-toilet and an outdoor shower.

​

By boat, the open sea is directly accessible via the canal and without locks. The boats deck will be available by end of 2021.
