• each additional person> 13 years 40,00 USD/day

• childs 7-12 years 20 USD/day, Childs up to 6 years stay free

• maximum occupancy 8 persons (children < 2 years old do not count)

• Energy costs of 15 U$/day are included (its enough if the pool is not heated extremely), additional use will be deducted from the deposit

• Cleaning fee 280 USD

• Security deposit 750 USD (will be refunded no later than 14 days after departure if no damages)

• all prices incl. taxes (11,5% as of 2021/01)

• Payment Terms:

  • 25% within 7 days of booking

  • Balance together with the deposit at least 60 days before arrival

• Cancellation policy:

  • within 48 hours after booking 100%

  • up to 60 days before arrival 75% reimbursement of rental costs plus cleaning fee

  • up to 30 days before arrival 40% reimbursement of rental costs plus cleaning fee

  • up to 14 days before arrival 10% reimbursement of rental costs plus cleaning fee
